I can't access my DS using synology's DDNS service thru' web browsers, nevertheless, the terminal service (SSH, port 22) doesn't work, it will hanged up when I issue any command which

Both blocked IP addresses came from the Far East (OK, China…). The settings you need are under control panel -> connectiviity -> external access -> ddns / router configuration. Their support is impressively slow, wondering if any of you folks had similar issues in the past. If I setup QuickConnect and use my mobile phone to access my audio files I will quickly burn through my 2GB monthly download limit. If so, don't hesitate to contact our Support team to check this. And it worked.
