Their site only lists X61, X61 Tablet and X61s. They both worked when plugged into laptop directly. The workaround that I found that does work (under Windows 7) is as follows: Open Device Manager. (From the Start menu's Run field, type "device manager" and press Enter. Lenovo was not helpful. Computer is out of warranty. Lenovo Usb 3.0 Dock Usb Device Not Recognized Long story short, the dock power supply isn't supplying enough amps. The external usb hardisk was connected to the LCD usb port which in turn is connected to the docking station usb port.

This most obviously manifests in my USB keyboard and/or mouse plugged into the docking station not working. Model: Lenovo X61T (T-Tablet). Follow the steps below to install the driver; or at least validate the USB driver is installed. I tried to disable/enable some of the other USB items on the list but nothing has worked so far.
