Charles Wisser Tried this and EVERY OTHER guide on how to fix this issue and none of them worked. Surface 3 Type Cover Not Working Then I tried something not mentioned anywhere else and it worked. I thought windows 10 and windows phone was supposed to be one OS now. Though I must admit, sometimes the issues will come back. Someone will get you an answer.
