First, open up the Task Manager using CTRL + SHIFT + ESC and head to the Processes tab. Sometimes you can simply uncheck this, click Apply, and then re-check and click Apply again. Working... If I hover over it I can see the analog clock view is correct but the digital readout is frozen. I've tried all sorts of crazy things suggested by random sites to fix this problem, and finally this one actually works!
